Founded in 1979, CRG Consulting Resource Group International, Inc. is a full service business consulting, executive coaching, speaking, training, and customized solutions (instructional design) firm. Our expertise is assisting individuals and organizations to improve their condition and performance through the approach or methodology that is most appropriate to realize our client’s objectives. We base our work on our Comprehensive Holistic Development Model that enables us to implement a congruent approach in all facets of your engagement with us. Saving time and money!

Our team has served clients ranging from corporates like Chrysler, Manulife, La-Z-Boy, to the RCMP, LA County Sheriff’s Department, BC Women’s Hospital, Canadian Department of Justice, Credit Unions, Small Business and Not-For-Profit Organizations.

Our global network of hundreds of professionals allows us to respond to a wide-variety of projects in multiple disciplines.

These people (CRG) excel, which I define as the best in their genre, in helping leadership teams and companies do the following: executive and organization-wide team-building; individual leadership coaching and development; world-class style and values self-assessment technologies (print and on-line); and organizational development. Their reach is far - from long-standing Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial businesses to public sector, finance, agriculture, automotive, education, retail, hospitals, health care, law enforcement and not-for-profit leadership.”

Bill Bean, Chairman

CRG assists organizations to improve productivity and performance.

Our work is collaborative; involving client personnel and resources, and the transfer of skills and knowledge to the client. Our engagements are usually completed within one to twelve months. We prefer to work on a project basis, operating against specific objectives with clearly-established outcomes and timing, contributing to clients’ business goals.

Our experience and results indicate that improved performance requires investment in people, systems, and support structures. However, that investment usually does not require additional resources, but rather the redeployment of talents, resources, and energy already present.

Examples of some of our projects include:

  • A business process redesign project for a Fortune 100 client.
  • Co-designing and implementing an entire HR and Talent Management process for a national retail chain.
  • Conducting strategic planning, succession planning, and organizational design work for a privately owned retail business.
  • Facilitating a leadership retreat with board members and executives of two organizations merging to form a billion dollar financial institution.

I want to thank you for your outstanding work with the San Diego Police Department. Thanks to your leadership, the entire command staff of the Police Department has now recognized how important leadership development and strategic planning are to our organization's future. I am proud to have learned a great deal from your association.”

John Welter, Assistant Chief of Police

What was once thought of as an extra coaching is now foundational to an individual’s or organizational success.

Today's busy executives and managers rarely schedule time for themselves, and yet focused private time can provide the perspective people need to increase corporate effectiveness and personal performance. A recent study determined that executive coaching had an average payback of six-to-one. This ROI is just based on short-term gains; the ROI multiples overtime are significant.

Coaching is a unique opportunity to focus and move forward on your personal, professional, and organizational goals through the exploration of ideas and candid dialogue with a confidential and unbiased thinking partner.

The purpose of coaching can be as varied as the individuals who engage the process. We have started with an individual focusing on executive coaching objectives and soon transitions to life coaching. Our goal is always to serve the client to improve their condition whatever that might be. We have been engaged to specifically coach leadership skills for a large group of supervisors against confirm outcomes.

CRG’s Coaching Opportunities Include:

  • Executive Coaching
  • Business Coaching
  • Relationship Coaching
  • Personal Coaching
  • Christian Coaching
  • Career Coaching
  • Group Coaching
  • Life Coaching

If you require coaching which is not on our list please inquire and we will seek out from our internal network and find a qualified coach for you.

Coaching Yields Results:

  • fine tuning a skill
  • accelerating learning
  • solving a problem
  • developing peak performance
  • strategic planning
  • creating change or growing with change
  • working through something you are stuck on
  • identifying and gaining clarity on your goals

Your services, your consulting & coaching expertise, and your ability to communicate effectively exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much for your participation and leadership of our 'Business Process Redesign' project.

Why Aren’t You More Like Me?™ The Secrets to Understanding Yourself and Others

Based on Ken Keis’ book of the same name—understanding ourselves and the differences of others, and how that applies to every part of our life is critical to our everyday success. Professionally, career, personally it does not matter—everyone has a personal style that is influencing their choices and preferences. If you want to be effective and intentional—then not only do you need to know yourself, but you must also understand everyone else to realize your full potential.

Why Don’t You Sell The Way That I Buy?™

Selling is nothing more than meeting the needs of a client, or a buyer, and however they need to like and trust you to buy from you. Do you know what your selling style is? How about the characteristics and tendencies of the 21 patterns that both sellers and buyers demonstrate? Do you know how to identify your clients buying style and what they need and want? Are you able to style-shift and demonstrate style flexibility for each customer? Using a customer focused approach always nets results.

Why Don’t You Lead The Way That I Follow?™

Every leader must have one characteristic if they want others to follow and that’s credibility! The fact is every one of us has a level of credibility with everyone we meet if we want it or not. It is the price we pay for showing up. Do you know the impact that you are leaving with others? How do we lead others who are different than us?

Why Don’t You Teach The Way That I Learn?™

The debate is significant if there are really learning styles or not. However, after 30 years of working in the field with students there is no question in our experience, that there is a strong correlation between instructional and learning styles. One of the authors of the program almost failed high school, but has now authored over 3 million words of content. The school system did not have a teaching style that served him.

Living on Purpose: From Mediocre to Meaningful

Over 80% of individuals dislike what they do from mildly irritated to loathe. Only 10-20% actually feel fully connected to their purpose, passions, and calling. This number is not acceptable. Based on Ken Keis’ book The Quest For Purpose we take you through a journey of self-discovery of confirming you purpose in all areas of your life.

Secrets To Performance Optimization: A Holistic Approach To Development and Success

Everybody talks about increasing performance—but how do you do it? One of the keys is that it is rarely one item but many factors that contribute to who we are and what we need to be aware of to realize out potential. In this session we will share with you CRG’s Proprietary Holistic Development Model so you have a roadmap to follow to develop yourself as well as others.

Transforming Leadership: Required Skills for the 21st Century Leader

In a recent study over 70% of individuals felt that their leader was incompetent. In other research the number one reason for a leader’s failure was their lack of interpersonal skills. We address this issue in this session based on our book Transforming Leadership, plus share our over 30 years of work in the field of leadership development. There are many great models on characteristics and qualities, but we help you focus on five groups of skills which are foundational to any leaders success – no exceptions! What the world needs now more than ever is Transforming Leaders!

Dying to Live: Lifestyles of the Healthy and Wise

In the developed world over 50% of workers are stressed or highly stressed. Stress costs the UK economy 10% of its annual GDP. In the US stress related costs are over $7500 per employee annually, and in Beijing over 80% of the workforce are now highly stressed. So what to do about it? Using the framework and research found in our published Stress Indicator and Health Planner you will identify your stress levels in five critical categories, and you will be able to immediately identify what to do to improve your wellness and reduce your stress!

Expectation Management™ The Five Steps and System to Winning in Management

One of the pieces missing for leaders is a process or system to ensure they have in place what it takes to be successful in managing others. There is no magic but there are foundational elements that must be part of your managerial system and process, otherwise there will be gaps in your ability to achieve the desired performance. We outlined the five key steps and components that equip you to win as a manager or leader.

What Do You Really Value? How to Make the Right Decision (almost) Every Time!

What would it mean if you could make the right decision every time? Impossible? Maybe not! The challenge in today’s fast paced world is that we actually have too many choices, options, and possibilities. Filtering the noise can even become burdensome unless you shift to making values based decisions. The problem is that most individuals and businesses don’t know what they really value. But once you really know your core values - you can reduce your stress, increase your effectiveness and realize results quicker and faster.

Key course content elements include:

  • Readiness and Willingness to Change.
  • Credibility.
  • Developing the Whole Person using CRG’s proprietary Personality Development Factors Model.
  • What Is Your Leadership Style? Each participant will complete the PSI.
  • What are the Strengths and Challenges of each person’s Personal Style Pattern and What To Do About It! Using each participant’s Personal Style Indicator In-Depth Interpretations, they will review their report in the session to highlight their strengths, challenges, reactions to stress, team compatibility, leadership implications, and a personal plan to increase their effectiveness with co-workers and clients. This information will also be used as a coaching tool and grid.

  • Learn CRG’s definition of Extroversion and Introversion—it is not what you think.
  • Introduce the Concept of Suspending (removing premature judgment) and Style-Shifting (how to meet the needs of others).
  • Integrate this new learning into the Culture and Leadership Development Process. Private and group work.

Another example of a more thorough program designed for an executive team or executive team member:

Transforming Leadership Intensive (example, click here).

  • Attendance at CRG's Assessment Systems Certification. $2,000
  • Benchmarking current leadership practices and skills via assessment and interviews. $7,500
  • Debriefing the report(s) with each team and/or team member including the CEO. $225 for materials
  • Outline next steps and a development roadmap.
  • Implement Executive Development Coaching Model over 12 - 16 months. $5,500

During this Transforming Leadership Intensive, Dr. Ken Keis, will personally meet with key stakeholders (private and confidential interviews with each identified staff member to confirm, document, and analyze current condition of leadership.

Dr. Keis meets with the team to debrief the results of the interviews and the LSI 360. The next step is to implement an executive development coaching model and specific steps required for behavioral change. After one year of coaching the team and/or team member, Dr. Keis will again interview the core team to confirm behavioral changes and confirm improvement.

Change takes time so this is critical to establish a long-term shift in the team's behavior. The most recent science has confirmed that it takes not 1 but 63 days of daily discipline to anchor a new habit and make the new habit automatic.

We engaged CRG on several different topics, including an overall organizational study with recommendations, a hiring and job description engagement, and personal executive coaching to me. CRG is comprised of outstanding professionals who are highly qualified, committed, dedicated, and effective.
