1. Is it safe to use my credit card in your store?

Yes, we take measures to ensure your online safety. All online payment transactions are protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which has been certified as secure by Comodo (Instantssl.com). You can verify your security ensuring that the URL for the page where credit card information is entered starts with https:// and that a lock or unbroken key appears in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. These symbols ensure that you are in a secure environment and any information transferred from that page will be encrypted.

All transactions are insured up to $10,000 by Comodo SSL.

2. Is my credit card information stored?

No, we do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent through a secure server to an online credit card processing company where the transaction is processed.

3. What companies do you use to process transactions?

Our US and international dollar transactions are processed through Authorize.Net, an InfoSpace service, which is the preferred global payment-processing service for e-commerce. Since 1996, Authorize.Net has rapidly become a leading provider of Internet-based transaction services, with more businesses are using Authorize.Net to process their transactions over the Internet than any other payment solution provider.

 

Our CDN dollar transactions are handled through MSI, a leading provider of secure online credit card processing. MSI is an accredited payment processor that uses SSL 128-bit encryption.

 4. What currencies do you support?

Upon checkout you will be provided with the option to pay in either US or CDN funds. If you're paying internationally, you will be billed in US dollars which will be converted when processed by your credit card company.

 5. What are your shipping rates?

We offer shipping both nationally and internationally. When you place your order, you will have a choice of shipping methods that have their prices posted. It is up to you which method and price you want.

Yes, we encourage all members to keep their account information up to date. You can modify your profile by first logging into your Learning Center, and then clicking the Edit My Profile icon.
