APRIL'S FOCUS ON TRAINING |
As a society, we have become very conscious of our health and the stress levels in our lives. Because of this, many companies have adopted programs for their employees around improving health and monitoring stress levels. The Stress Indicator and Health Planner (SIHP) is a great base for such a program. It helps individuals identify their areas of unhealthy living and the main factors that lead to stress in their lives. It is designed to help participants better understand how these internal influences impact every aspect of their lives and what they can do to change them.
Many people assume that work is the major cause of stress in their lives, but stress can come from many different sources. The SIHP explores stresses caused by work, personal relationships, social situations, health and nutrition, and time. By working through this assessment, participants are encouraged to develop a plan to increase overall levels of health, well-being, and performance.
The SIHP is designed to be used with individuals who:
- Wish to assess their current levels of stress
- Desire to develop an action plan for increasing health
- Want to increase personal performance
Organizations are also finding this assessment useful in supporting their staff development and increasing their team’s performance. People often blame their place of employment as the reason for their stress. However, by working through this assessment, they often discover that there are other causes of stress. They are also able to identify elements in their job that can be changed to increase work satisfaction. As employees begin to handle their stress and health issues in a proactive manner, their ability to concentrate and be more productive increases.
Support your clients and employees in creating healthy lifestyles. Incorporate the Stress Indicator and Health Planner into your business today.

MAY PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Effective May 1st, 2005, the prices of many of CRG’s products will change. The main reason for this increase is that the new assessments are in full color with higher-quality paper and more pages.
The US prices will change the most because the US Dollar has fallen over 10% in this past year, compared to other currencies. This means that the new retail price of the PSI will be US $12.95, which is the same price it was 10 years ago.
A slight price difference between online and printed versions of the assessments will also go into effect on May 1st. On average, online assessments will cost less than printed versions.
If you know you will be using specific CRG resources over the next few months, take advantage of the current pricing and order before April 30th, 2005. |
