The birth of CRG began when the founder, Dr. Terry Anderson was frustrated with the personality assessments MBTI and DiSC--which he was using with his university students and clients. Terry D. Anderson, Ph.D., Founder, CRG

Terry is the Founder of CRG Consulting Resource Group International, Inc.. One of the most knowledgeable, creative, and practical Leadership development authorities in the field, he is an accomplished author, educator, counselor, and consultant. Terry earned his BA in Psychology and MA in Education at California State University, Chico; he received his PhD in Administration and Management through a joint program of the University of Massachusetts School of Management and Columbia Pacific University.

Terry is author of Transforming Leadership and Every Officer is A Leader. He coaches senior executives and coaches to improve corporate and personal performance, and maintains a continuing role as an author of the CRG tools. He also is a Professor in Criminology and Leadership Studies.


Eleanor Parkinson, BA AE: Manager, Product Development

 

Eleanor is a proven professional adult educator with strong complementary skills in people and project management in a corporate environment. A professional training and facilitation consultant with over 25 years' experience, she has implemented these services in a diverse range of subject areas, with private and public sector clients. Eleanor takes the holistic approach to human resources, customer service, strategic planning and change management.

Her work in project coordination and change management initiatives makes Eleanor a natural to track the resource flow and management of any project, as it relates to the Results deliverables. From reporting to measurements and logistics, she doesn't stop till the job is done, and done right.


Louis Yang, MA: VP, Business Development, Asia

 

Louis is a passionate Testing and Assessment Business Developer, professionally trained in Occupational Psychology, with more than 20 years Human Resources Management experience. This experience includes leading a joint-venture professional firm that introduces more than 10 psychometric tools from five international suppliers to China to serve the needs of people and organizations in that dynamic and high potential market. Also, Louis has worked in the position of HR Director in two multinational companies. as well as completed a one year on job training program with Personnel Psychology Center of Public Service Commission of Canada in Ottawa.  

His strength is in his cross-culture business acumen and western professional discipline in the talent assessment and development area. Louis is also excited to work with CRG - a Canadian-based leader of talent assessment and development solutions provider. He is looking for opportunities to expand CRG globally to implement its strategic plan in China while helping also with its business in the growing Chinese community of Canada.  Louis offers proven communication skills and passion to work with clients, industry partners and government authorities He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Adrien Gilmore: Systems Programmer

 

Adrien comes to CRG with 5 years of web design and programming experience, with an emphasis on data-driven web applications. He is proficient with end-user support as well as excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware and software.

Jyoti Davesar, Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

 

Jyoti has her BBA in Marketing and Communications from the University of the Fraser Valley. Her past experience includes customer service and managerial duties.  

At CRG, she handles all of the marketing duties and she is the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. Jyoti is also responsible for the administrative duties throughout the office; as well as, customer service.


Megan Kelley, Marketing/Sales Assistant

 

Megan works alongside Jyoti in the marketing department, as well as promoting the print shop.

She has a background in biblical studies from Portland Bible College and Real Estate from UBC. She brings her customer service and administrative experience to the CRG team!


Christine Hintz, Graphics/Printshop Coordinator

 

Christine Hintz was born in Fiji but grew up in Prince George, BC - from a very hot climate to a cold environment. She graduated high school in Abbotsford, and from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Geography.

In subsequent years, Christine obtained a Graphic Design Certificate. After 15 years at a franchise print shop working as Graphic Designer, she joined CRG as a print shop operator, graphics designer, and order processing. Challenges and change make growing possible!

Bridget Watson: Bookkeeper

 

Bridget comes to us from South Africa via Spruce Grove, Alberta. She is fully trained and qualified in bookkeeping and administrative duties.

Everett T. Robinson, M.A.

Howard Shenson, C.M.C.

As a Certified Management Consultant specializing in the marketing of professional consulting practices and information products and services, Howard wrote more than 60 books, software packages and audio/video programs and research reports. He was Editor/Publisher of The Professional Consultant & Information Marketing Report and a feature writer for the Business & Technology Consultant prior to his death in 1992.


Bruce R. Wares

Winner of the Distinguished Sales Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives International, Bruce was President of the Sales Productivity Institute. He had more than 25 years of experience in both product and service sales. A professional speaker and sales training consultant since 1976, Bruce contributed to the success of many multinational clients, such as Apple Computer and IBM, prior to his death in 1997.

  • You must be able to achieve sales performance targets. You don't make excuses for poor results - you take responsibility for your accomplishments.
  • Your primary role is to fill rooms with attendees for our certification workshops and to expand the use of our printed and online training resources/assessments with large partners. This also includes in-house certification programs.
  • Your secondary role is to submit and sell company services including speaking, training, instructional design, coaching, consulting, and corporate training events.
  • Most of our business is B to B.
  • This position is performance (commission) based. You are motivated by challenge and you are personally driven by a performance base pay plan.
  • You are easy to get along with and low maintenance. You have an attitude of service and humility while demonstrating competence and confidence.
  • You have a high level of English verbal and writing (communication skills) in both print and online environments. (mandatory)
  •  You are able to use the company technology and CRM system (Infusionsoft) to support and drive the company's sales strategy with the creation of trigger based campaigns.
  • You are able to setup and deploy a sales follow-up system that gets results.
  • You are comfortable and able to attend local and out of town trade shows, as required.
  • You are on the input team for the company's sales strategies and processes.
  • You present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire. 
  • You are expected and have the capacity (and you will be held accountable) to make hundreds of sales and customer service contacts (calls) per month - the thought of this opportunity energizes you. This is one of your top priorities while getting sales results.
  • You are organized and know how to organize your work flow. You have excellent follow-up skills.

Qualifications (Mandatory):

    •  5+ years' demonstrable experience and sales success in the industry of personal and professional development. References and proof of performance required.
    • We would prefer someone who brings a contact list of potential clients in the professional development industry to this position - so that you can hit the ground running with your own relationships.
    •  Excellent level of knowledge and experience in creating and independently implementing sales strategies/plans in a small to medium size business environment.
    • Have a vehicle, valid drivers license and are able to setup trade show booth and lift boxed materials.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, internet. You are also very familiar and comfortable with most technology and if not you learn programs quickly - including other social media platforms, etc.
    • You possess a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal skills.
    • You have excellent self-management skills and you are a natural problem solver and decision maker.
    • You are a team player who: listens well, works well under pressure, and consistently meets targets.
    • You must feel comfortable and be able to work with faith (Christian) based organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies to small business owners.

Position Details:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday. Plus flexibility of working extra hours when required. Some travel required for trade shows, etc. It is expected that you will put in the time you need to achieve the projected results. It is acknowledged that once you achieve results there is more flexibility with hours. Iif you are solely on a performance based contract we can negotiate the working arrangements with you or your firm.
