Do you know your natural tendencies to other people? Work? Time?
The Personal Style Indicator (called a personality test by others) is a professionally developed, self-administered, and self-scored, learning and communication instrument. This isn’t about a “pass or fail” grade. The Personal Style Indicator assessment, measures and provides insight to your natural strengths, common areas of difficulties, as well as your orientation towards leadership, reactions to stress, how you will work on a team and with others, and what to do to increase your effectiveness and results in your life.
The Personal Style Indicator assessment (personality test) tells it the way it is. You will be asked to be completely candid and honest about your preferences, and what you are really like. During the completion of this assessment you might be required to make some decisions that are challenging - but remember you can’t pass or fail this assessment (test) and there are no right or wrong answers.
Many other personality tests try to force you into a box or ‘color’ and see your personality as a single measure but CRG’s Personal Style Indicator assessment and our Proprietary Personality Development Factors Model reveal that we are far more complicated than other tests acknowledge. The PSI assessment (personality test) provides you an immediate understanding of your natural preferences towards time, people, tasks and situations while appreciating how other factors like biophysical influences, environmental systems, self-worth levels, social teachers and emotional anchors also contribute to who each of you are.

... could not have anticipated the impact the Personal Style Indicator
would have with it's leaders. Many of the 360 in attendance have been
through similar programs such as DiSC or Myers-Briggs, yet they
consistently gave feedback on how much more valuable and superior
the Personal Style Indicator (PSI) was in comparison. Not only was
the PSI valuable, your presentation style and skill impressed the
group of 360, your ability to interact and relate to the audience
increased your credibility in their eyes. I was personally impressed
with the way you were able to control such a large group, even
during the large-group activities.

While I consider the MBTI to be a very effective tool for providing
quality feedback, it can be very cumbersome to use. Workshop participants
frequently struggle with grasping the interrelationships between the
four different continuums and rarely remember their type after one
exposure. On the other hand, participants easily understood the Personal Style Indicator and style-shifting. More importantly,
because of it's practical, straight forward nature, I believe
participants will be able to easily use the PSI back on the job.

In terms of the PSI, I was able to use the tool and found it to be excellent. What I liked more than
anything was that it seemed accurate and has obviously been proven as reliable. MBTI is a tool that
has more of an either/or approach. Either you are extroverted or you're introverted. Well, as PSI showed, sometimes I'm a bit of both. And so on through the various elements.
