Ken Keis, MBA, CPC, is an internationally known author, speaker, and consultant. In the past 20 years, he has conducted over 2000 presentations including 10,000 hours of coaching and HR consulting.
He has published over 400 articles, and designed more than 40 business management, leadership, personal development, wellness or sales processes—authoring 2 million + words of content along the way. Not a small feat considering his Grade 9 English teacher said he would never amount to anything. It was discovered later in life that one of the reasons for his poor understanding of English was Dyslexia.

Terry D. Anderson, Ph.D. - Founder CRG
Terry is Founder of Consulting Resource Group International, Inc. (CRGI). One of the most knowledgeable, creative and practical Leadership development authorities in the field, he is an accomplished author, educator, counselor and consultant. Terry earned his B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Education at California State University, Chico, and received his Ph.D. in Administration and Management through a joint program of the University of Massachusetts School of Management and Columbia Pacific University. He is author of Transforming Leadership and Every Officer is A Leader. He now coaches coaches and senior executives on the improving corporate and personal performance as well as continuing his role as one of the authors of the CRG tools. He also is Professor in Criminology and Leadership Studies.
Gwendolyn S. Faulkner, R.N., M.S.N., Ph.D.
The Founder and owner of Wellness Consulting Resource Group, Gwen received her B.S. (Nursing) and M.S.N. (specializing in Health Psychology) from California State University, Chico. She served as Associate Director of a Stress and Health Center and was formerly a member of the faculty at California State University, Chico.
Marilyn Hamilton, B.A., C.G.A, Ph.D.
She has been a successful business strategist, consultant, author, editor, publisher and community Leader, Marilyn has worked in multinational corporations and with entrepreneurs in all business sectors in the Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, the United States and Australia. She holds a B.A. English (University of Toronto), a Certified General Accountancy designation, Diploma in Translation (University of Toronto) and earned her Ph.D. in Administration and Management from Columbia Pacific University, studying Learning and Leadership in self-organizing systems. She currently is a Professor in Leadership studies at Royal Roads University.
Everett T. Robinson, M.A.
Everett has over 15 years of experience as an author, seminar Leader, trainer and a professional counselor. He earned his M.A. from California State University, Chico. He is author of several of the CRG assessment tools and processes and is internationally recognized as an authority on the subject of personal style differences.
Howard Shenson, C.M.C.
As a Certified Management Consultant specializing in the marketing of professional consulting practices and information products and services, Howard wrote more than 60 books, software packages and audio/video programs and research reports. He was Editor/Publisher of The Professional Consultant & Information Marketing Report and a feature writer for the Business & Technology Consultant prior to his death in 1992.
Bruce R. Wares
Winner of the Distinguished Sales Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives International, Bruce was President of the Sales Productivity Institute. He had more than 25 years of experience in both product and service sales. A professional speaker and sales training consultant since 1976, Bruce contributed to the success of many multinational clients, such as Apple Computer and IBM, prior to his death in 1997.
